Calisthenics 3 planche new record
This is my third planche workout. Due to bad weather I had to train the planche at home. After the last streetlifting workout I have a new planche hold record. The training consisted of tuck planche push ups and a super set handstand push ups plus pseudo planche push ups plus dynamic planche leans and shrugs. Subscribe and learn calisthenics with me.

I'm still having hard time doing 20 push up but handstand push up is my goal for this year
After you can do 10+pushups, start learning the handstand kickups ( watch coachbachman handstand tutorials), after you can hold the handstand for over 10s, your handstand kickups might not be consistent, so go learn the handstand press, you should also incorporate weighted dips into your workout plan
When learning the hspus, you gotta lean forward before you bend your elbows
